William J. "Bill" Fisher

William J. “Bill” Fisher, 91, of Norwich, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at his residence with family by his side.

A memorial Mass for Bill will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 20, 2025, at St. Bartholomew’s Church. Burial will follow in St. Paul’s Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Bill may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Chenango County, 33-39 Court Street, Norwich, NY 13815.
