Robert L. Osborne, 68, of Norwich died on Sunday, August 19, 2018. Born on June 22, 1950, in New York City, he spent his adult life as a telecommunications installer for Frontier Communications in Chenango Bridge, NY. Robert is survived by his partner, Joanne Albright. He was predeceased by his son. To honor Robert’s wishes, there will be no funeral services or calling hours. Robert’s care has been entrusted with the Wilson Funeral Home
