Richard Shapley, 83, formerly of Norwich, and more recently of St. Petersburg, FL, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2013. To honor Richard’s request, there will be no service or calling hours. Burial will take place at Mt. Hope Cemetery at a later date.
