Patrick M. “Pat” Joy, 66, of Norwich, died on Thursday, February 29, 2024. Pat was born in Norwich, a son of the late Harold and Carol Joy. Most recently, Pat worked at Charlie’s Diner in Norwich.
There will be no formal services conducted for Patrick at this time. Burial will occur in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the Wilson Funeral Home.
