Owen Collar, infant son of April Collar, was born and passed away on July 8, 2013, at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City.
Owen is survived by his mother, April, of Norwich; his grandfather, William Collar, also of Norwich; his uncle, Aaron Collar and his family, living in Japan; and his aunt, Jan Collar and her family, of Norwich.
Private services will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
