Michael Messier

Michael Messier, 77, died on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at the Norwich Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

Born on April 4, 1949, in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Michael was a son of the late Alexander and Geraldine (Mosley) Messier. For many years, Michael was a house painter in East Providence, Rhode Island.

On October 20, 1973, Michael married Brenda Carlson, who predeceased him on May 2, 2019.

Michael is survived by his children, Luke (Kim) Messier, Shane (Stacey) Messier, and Tracie (Todd) Alley, and grandchildren, Ashlyn, Paige, Ty, Nichole, Becca, Jaci, Maverick, and Rhett.

There will be no formal services for Michael. Funeral arrangements were entrusted with the Wilson Funeral Home.
