Lianne J. Conant, 54, of Norwich died on Thursday, September 25, 2025 surrounded by her family.

Born on November 19, 1970, in Colorado Springs, CO Lianne was a daughter of the late Leonard Lane and Katherine Elizabeth (Mirabito) Turner. With her family, Lianne spent her early years in Green Mountain Falls, CO. At the age of eight, Lianne and her family moved to Norwich where she attended school. She was a graduated of Norwich High School in 1988.

Lianne raised her five children and operated her owned her own business, Peace Day Care. Over the years she cared for many children that all became successful. She enjoyed reading, gardening, arts and crafts, carpentry and spending time in the sun. Family was the most important thing to Lianne and always made a reason to have a gathering. She was a devoted Christian and had a strong faith.

At St. Joseph’s Church in Oxford, Lianne married Timothy Conant, of Norwich, who survives. She is also survived by her children, Ashley Conant, of Norwich, Cameron (Bri) Turner, of North Carolina, Daniel Conant of Norwich, Eric Conant, of Norwich, and Cooper Conant, of Norwich; grandchildren, Hunter Stewart, Wyatt Stewart, Eli Turner, and Bennett Turner; sisters, Elizabeth (Lee) Heyward-Turner, Frances Turner, and Angela (O.J.) Levesque; aunts, Joanne (Nick) Testani, of Norwich, and Yvonne Fields, of Kansas; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Christopher Turner on January 8, 2025.
