Harvey S. Milch, 77, of Sunset Drive and formerly of Shelton, CT, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Chenango Memorial Hospital. Harvey's wife, Susan (Friedman) Milch, survives. To honor Harvey's wishes, there will be no funeral service or calling hours.
