Ethel Lazzari, 91, of East Pharsalia, died peacefully, Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Norwich Rehabilitation. She was born August 1, 1927, on Staten Island, NY, the daughter of Herman and Maude (Kennedy) Petersen. She moved to East Pharsalia to be with her daughter Judy in 1970. Ethel is survived by her daughters, Judy Gracin, Joyce Luckett, and Love Angell; daughter-in-law Anne Lazzari; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Peter; brother, Charles; and sister, Jean Corson.
