Connie R. Brooker, 76, of Norwich, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2023, at UHS Wilson Medical Center. Born on November 27, 1946, in Oxford, Connie was the daughter of Austin and Ruth (Fleming) Hayes. Connie worked for many years at Wal-Mart in Norwich. She is survived by her son, Jay R. Brooker Jr., of Petersburg, NY; and many nieces and nephews. To honor Connie’s wishes, there will be no funeral services or calling hours.
