Claude L. Carpenter

Claude L. Carpenter, 94, a Norwich native, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton. Born on November 15, 1926, he was the son of Frank R. and Melissa (Armstrong) Carpenter. Claude worked for many years as a Receiving Supervisor for Procter & Gamble before his retirement. He also served in the Army during World War II. He is survived by his wife, Harriet (More) Carpenter and his children and their families. A private graveside service will be held on Friday, August 20, 2021, at the North Norwich Cemetery.
