Charlotte E. Phillips

Charlotte E. Phillips, 80, of Sauquoit, NY, died on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

Born on March 21, 1946, in Ilion, NY, Charlotte was a daughter of the late Thomas and Gertrude (Metzgar) Burns. She grew up and spent her childhood in Cedarville, NY. For many years, Charlotte was an accountant for Bank of America.

Charlotte had a great love for all animals. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and had a passion for county music.

Charlotte is survived by her cousin, Carol Moody; children, Jim (Nancy) Phillips, Lisa (Kenny) Polly, Earl Phillips III, Deborah (Dave) Albright, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nephew, Howard (Diane) Tehan; great nephews, Terry (Heather) Tehan and Chad (Jennifer) Tehan; great niece, Katie (Michael) McConnell; as well as her companion, Michael Davis.

A celebration of life will be announced at a future date.

Memorial contributions in memory of Charlotte may be made to Purrs and Whiskers of Oneida County or to your local animal shelter.
