Charles J. Dumond, Jr.

Charles John Dumond, Jr., 60, of Norwich, died unexpectedly on Wednesday. May 21, 2025.

Born on April 21, 1965, Charles was a son of the late Charles John Sr. and Rosalyn (Holbrook) Dumond. He attended school in Sidney, NY and spent most of his adult life in the Norwich area. Charles had an act for weaving and was a member of the Bullthistle Rags.

Charles is survived by his siblings, Gary DuMond of Sidney, NY, Ken DuMond (Leona), of Camden, SC, and Eileen Stein (Glen) of Lugoff, SC, many nieces and nephews and several close friends.

A celebration of Charles’ life will be announced at a future date. Funeral arrangements were conducted with the Wilson Funeral Home.
