Ina M. Arnold

Ina M. Arnold, 81, of Eagletown, OK, died peacefully in the knowing of her faith on Saturday, January 27, 2024. Ina was residing in Norwich, NY on hospice care in the home of her son, Chad, and daughter-in-law, Regina.

Ina was born on March 24, 1942 in DeQueen, AR, a daughter of the late Gordon and Irene (Knowles) Warford. She graduated from Eagletown High School in Eagletown, OK and spent the next twenty-years on adventure with her husband in the United States Air Force. Following his retirement, they moved back to Eagletown where Ina worked in the High School as an office secretary and bus driver.

Ina enjoyed gardening, was an avid reader of Nicholas Spark books, studied her Christian faith, enjoyed helping her family, and was always available for a good conversation.

In 1958, Ina married Aubry Arnold, who predeceased her in April of 2014. She is survived by her two sons, Tim Arnold and Chad Arnold; grandchildren, Justin Arnold, Tyler Arnold, Madison Arnold, Brandon Cogburn, and Stormi Carnachan; great-grandson, Santiago Arnold; and sister-in-law’s, Daisy Warford and Glenna Minter. She was predeceased by her brother, Billy Doniver Warford.

Ina will be buried in Arkansas with her husband. Funeral arrangements were entrusted with the Wilson Funeral Home
