D. Craig Burr

August 16, 1947 — June 29, 2023

D. Craig Burr, 75, a lifelong Norwich resident died on June 29, 2023 at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital. Born on August 16, 1947, in Norwich, Craig was the son of the late Donald and Gertrude (Slater) Burr. He served in the US Army from 1970-1972 before returning to Norwich and working at the Bennett-Ireland fireplace equipment manufacturing plant.

He is survived by his daughter, Erica Hamilton; brother, Kevin Burr; grandchildren, Brooke Andrew, Kirstin, Tyler, Samantha, Gabriel; and great-grandchildren, Kenzey, Addison, and Braxton.

There will be no formal services.
